Merit Badge Academy

The Merit Badge Academy is an opportunity for scouts to come together and work on a variety of merit badges. This year, tweny-one merit badges will be offered. However, a scout may work on only one Eagle required merit badge.

The Merit Badge Academy will be Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at

Adult Training Opportunities at Merit Badge Academy

We have a large number of Scouts registered for Merit Badge Academy on Saturday, March 7. If you will be providing transportation for Scouts to this event, why not take advantage of some great adult training opportunities while you're there? Training offered is:

• Chartered Organization Representative Training
• Scoutmaster / Assistant Scoutmaster Training
• Life to Eagle Training
• New Leader Essentials,
• Youth Protection Training
• Merit Badge Counselor Orientation
• and a combined Safe Swim Defense, Safety Afloat & Climb On Safely.
