Good Turn for America District Challenge

The Des Plaines Valley Council Good Turn for America District Challenge for 2007 is now concluded. While we didn't meet the Council-wide goal of 45,000 service hours to be posted on the Good Turn for America web site, every district recorded more hours in 2007 than they did in 2006.

You can see the chart of your district’s progress on the council web site. Our final tallies are, Tall Grass District has posted 13,577 hours, Voyageur Trace District has posted 7,506 hours, and Twin Lakes District has posted 4,826 hours.

Posting hours is a simple process on the Good Turn for America web site at http://www.goodturnforamerica.org and we encourage all units to help us reach our goal of 15,000 service hours per district. If you are not familiar with Good Turn for America and would like more information on posting your unit’s hours please contact your district activities chairman or district executive.
