Arrow of Light

The Arrow of Light award is the highest honor of the Cub Scouting program. The Arrow of Light award is earned after the Webelos program is completed and the Arrow of Light requirements have been finished. This is completed during the Fifth Grade. This is the only recognition patch a Cub Scout can wear on his Boy Scout uniform when he crosses over.
Cub Scout Leaders approve only a few of the requirements, which are indicated in the book. When the Cub Scout has completed the requirements for the rank, he receives the badge of rank in a ceremony during the annual Blue and Gold Dinner, usually held in February.
