Bear
The Bear rank is earned after the Bear program is completed during the Third Grade. Cub Scout Leaders approve only a few of the requirements, while the parents approve the majority, which are indicated in his book. When the Cub Scout has completed the requirements for the rank, he receives the badge of rank in a ceremony during the monthly pack meeting.
