• Boys' Life is bringing its Scout adventure stories to The Outdoor Channel television network in the new series “Scouting for Adventure — Presented by Boys’ Life.” The six episodes stress key outdoors skills and capture Scouts in action in a variety of locations as they explore the wilderness.
• The Training Schedule for September 2009 through August 2009 has been published on the web. The Training home page is in course order with descriptions. The Training Brochure lists courses in chronological order.
• MyScouting is a National web portal that you can set up using your e-mail address. You can create an account with or without a member ID, and you can always add your member ID later. The member ID gives you access to more options, such as ensuring your online training records are updated in your local council.
• The Council's calendar has been updated to include September 2008 through August 2009.
