These outstanding Scouters were nominated and selected by their peers to receive the Silver Beaver Award, which is the highest recognition that a Council may present. Please join us in honoring these outstanding volunteers during the Des Plaines Valley Council's Annual Recognition Banquet on February 16, 2012, at the Riverside Golf Club.
